Dear MTN, please i want to know why you felt it was necessary to give my number of over 13years to another without even giving me prior information. you did not consider the fact that i have already registered this number for about three times each time you make your unnecessary demands for registration. the first time i registered it while i was in lagos i think in the year 2010, after that i did it in Umuahia, Abia state where i reside, for the fact that i was not able to register it in time this time even though it asked one of your staff and my younger brother to assist me in doing it, was because i traveled out for further studies. This number has always been the number i have been using and majority of my contacts, bank transactions and business are with it but you didn't care and now all my details are been sent to whom ever you gave it to. I want to ask is it that you have ran out of numbers that you now give out old registered numbers out as new ones? i now understand why people have SIM cards from other communication companies, its a pity and a mistake that i trusted your company to be using only your line. Oregbesan Julius Gbenga. I registered my line 07038748847 about 3 times in mtn offices. The line was last registered at mtn office fatai atere Lagos beside. I later received confirmation of successful registration. I later checked sim reg with code *789# and it was confirmed sim registered. Very embarrasing to have received uncountable messages on threat to blocked my line in less than view days. I have other lines available in Nigeria. If you block my line, Myself, family, friends and collegues that I have influence on WE NEVER USE MTN LINES AGAIN. Your regular messages is intimidating. Other network providers I'm having never gives me headache as you do. You are telling me to go and que between 7-10am. Should I lose my job because of what?. Are your staffs doing registration not competent? If not, I don't see why I should register many times not by road side but in your authorized offices and still asking for another reg.
